It commonly use in long materials, plates, ring materials and irregular cargo storage. According to the distribution of the cantilever arms, cantilever rack can be divided into single cantilever and double cantilever. Cantilever rack are generally made of two materials: A. Square tube B. H steel.

Cantilever rack application
Cantilever rack can be used to store variety of long materials, ring materials, plates and irregular materials, it can be single-sided or double-sided. Cantilever rack have the characteristics of stable structure, high load capacity and high space utilization. The cantilever arms can be made of square tubes, cold rolled steel or H steel. Cantilever arm and column are connected by bolts or plug-in connection. The base and column are bolted, it commonly made of cold-rolled steel or H-beam. Goods access is carried out by forklift trucks, trucks or manual.
Cantilever rack height is usually within 2.5meters, but can make 6 meters if the forklift is ok. Cantilever arms are commonly within 1.5 meters and ususllay with 1000kgs loading per arm.
This kind of shelf is mostly used in the machinery manufacturing industry and building materials supermarkets. With the panel addition, it is particularly suitable for small, low-rise warehouses. Easy to manage, wide field of vision. It is more efficient than ordinary racking types.
Cantilevered shelves are generally made of two materials
1. Square tube: In accordance with the corresponding cantilever beam load requirements, select the right specification square tube to meet the requirements of the layer load. Cut it into the required size, welded on a non-slip plate, the other end is welded and connected with the u-shaped column connection.
2. H-beam: In accordance with the corresponding cantilever beam loading requirements, select the right specification H steel to meet the requirements of the layer load. Cut it into the required size, welded on a non-slip plate, the other end is welded and connected with the u-shaped column connection.
3. The connecting bracing is used to connect between the cantilever shelf columns. Connecting bracings are generally made of round pipes. To increase safety and stability, add a flat iron back on the connecting bracing to pull the special puller to fix the column tightly.
All cantilevered shelf parts are semi-finished after the completion of production, will be powder coated through the last process.
