Drive-in rack can be divided into one-direction and two-direction working model according to the direction of goods access.
The total depth of the one-direction drive in rack is preferably controlled within 6 pallet depths, and the total depth of the two-direction (two ends access) drive in rack is preferably controlled within 12 pallet depths. This design can improve the efficiency and reliability of forklift access.
In the drive-in rack, the forklift is a continuous "high-height" operation, which is easy to shake and hit the rackings, so the stability of the shelf should be fully considered.
Drive-in rack have a weak stability, so generally, it is designed to be within 10 meters high, and in order to enhance the stability of the rack system, in addition to the larger selection of racking specifications, additional fixtures need to be designed too.
