4. Automated storage / Retrieval System
Automated storage / Retrieval System use the automated storage devices combined with computer management systems to achieve high-level rationalization, automated access, and easy operation of the three-dimensional warehouse. The main components of the automated warehouse are: racking system, roadway stacking cranes (stacking machines), in (out) storage workstations, dispatch control systems, and management systems.
It can achieve a variety of stereoscopic warehouse operation modes such as single-machine manual, single-machine automatic, online control, and network control in the three-dimensional warehouse by combine with different types of warehouse management software, graphics monitoring and scheduling software, barcode recognition and tracking system, handling robot, AGV trolley, cargo sorting system, stacker recognition system, stacker control system, cargo position detector, etc.
The three-dimensional storage, automatic access, and standardized management of goods in the warehouse are realized, which can greatly reduce the use of storage and freight, reduce labor intensity, and improve the utilization of warehouse space. Its advantages are: high-speed, high-density storage.
5. Shuttle racking system
The shuttle storage system consists of a shuttle rack, a battery-driven shuttle, and a forklift. The shuttle runs on the track below the pallet, which can be moved in the lane by lifting the pallet to realize the pallet goods access. Achieve the highest concentration of pallet goods, significantly reducing the warehouse construction cost.
The goods access mode are first-in-first-out, last-in-first-out optional. Remote control operation, forklift no need to drive into the racking, with high efficiency of loading and unloading, and the seismic safety performance is much higher than drive-in rack. Compared with drive-in rack, push back rack, and gravity rack, the overall cost of radio shuttle racking is lower.
Radio shuttle racking system is a semi-automated storage system. We can use the advanced stackers to communicate with the shuttle to transform the semi-automatic shuttle racking system into an automated system, making the entire warehouse an automated warehouse. Reduce the number of roadways in the logistics warehouse, further utilize the height and depth of the warehouse, increase the utilization rate of the logistics warehouse, and achieve the effect of reducing the overall system investment cost.
