1, Mezzanine rack load-limiting logo
It is necessary to display the load-limiting logo, especially in the mezzanine rack with hydraulic lifting platforms, the limited-load logo need to be marked in every prominent positions. Why we put this on the first point? Because this is a point that should be paid special attention to all shelves, we know that any shelf has a specified load-bearing limit, and it will have a safety load-bearing scale. if do long-term overload operation, will cause the safety accident, and the consequences are unimaginable.
2. The support system for mezzanine rack
The installation location of the mezzanine rack and the upper pull-out points must be located on the building and must not be placed on construction facilities such as scaffolding. The support system must not be connected to the scaffolding.
3, Concrete flooring
The concrete floor of the mezzanine rack installation site should be embedded and bolted to the platform.
4, The angle between the mezzanine rack bracing and platform
The horizontal angle between the wire bracing and the platform should be 45 degrees to 60 degrees.
5, Should calculate and check the tensile strength of the mezzanine rack column and beams
The beam and column of the upper pull-up point of the mezzanine rack should be checked for tensile strength to ensure the safety of the building and the platform.
6. Safety precautions when installing mezzanine racks
When installing the mezzanine racks, the wire bracing shall be fastened with special hooks. When using other methods, the number of buckles shall not be less than three. The wire bracings of the sharp corners of the building shall be lined with cushions.
